Ray Smith aka “Part 2″ released a trailer sneak peek of “Kodak Moments” music video just an hour ago. Kayla plays the young girl in this dynamic video, set to release on-line 2.1.13. Kayla enjoyed working on this project this past summer.

“In Search of the American Dream” Houston Red Carpet Premiere Edwards Marq*E
Kayla attended the Houston Red Carpet Premiere for “In Search of the American Dream” with the cast and crew and Director Baldemar Rodriguez Wednesday night in Houston. Prior to attending she was slated to sing the “National Anthem” with her school choir at the Astros v.s St. Louis Cardinals game. To her surprise, her cousins Rico Rodriguez of Emmy-Award Winning “Modern Family” and Raini Rodriguez of Disney’s “Austin & Ally”, and feature films “Paul Blart Mall Cop” and “Prom” were there to support the film.
Kayla Valadez Supporting Cast in “Alice in Wonderland” Adaptation by QueenTheatre
Kayla is excited to be working with the cast and crew of “Alice in Wonderland” adapted by Artistic Director Katie Harrison of Queen Theatre. Kayla and her sister Kenna have been working hard at rehearsal and look forward to the first show at Houston Baptist University’s Dunham Theatre 7/7 and 7/12 thru 7/14. Kayla is interviewed by Ken Marsh on “The Word on Fearless Networking” on KKHT 100.7 FM – Houston, TX
Kayla was recently interviewed by radio personality Ken Marsh. She had the opportunity to have her first radio interview on a class B station reaching much of south Texas on Salem Broadcasting. Kayla (11) has had the opportunity to use her talent to be a blessing to others. Her first movie “In Search of the American Dream” is a family drama that deals with the issue of immigration. Her sister Kenna (8) also had the opportunity to make her debut on the radio. Kenna recently starred in “Haley’s Angel” directed by Israel Marquez.

The Valadez girls (Kayla and Kenna) attended the annual “Daddy Daughter Dance” at their church for their second year. This year we captured the night in this short video. It is true that girls just want to have fun and feel special. We hope you enjoy this video.

A Birthday Message for Chase by Kayla and Her Sister Kenna
The girls had an opportunity to create a birthday message for one of their friends in Colorado. Just in time for his birthday, they were able to get him a fresh box of Beignet mix from Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans.
